Preparação do Acompanhante

3 Estratégias para uma preparação eficaz

Toda a gestação e trabalho de parto não são vividos apenas pela mulher que está prestes a dar a luz mas é vivido também  pelo acompanhante que tem papel fundamental durante todo o processo de gerar, parir e cuidar do bebê e da puérpera.

Mas se o parto é um evento programado é importante que a gestante e o acompanhante estejam preparados para esse momento, ao longo da gestação os cuidados físico, emocional e espiritual da mulher refletirá numa experiência de parto positiva ou não e envolver o acompanhante em cada etapa fará total diferença no momento do parto.

Quero trazer para vocês 3 estratégias para uma preparação eficaz do acompanhante:

1º ALINHEM SUAS EXPECTATIVAS!

 A comunicação assertiva durante toda a gestação é muito importante, juntos gestante e acompanhante conversam sobre o parto, fazem alguns combinados para o dia do parto e alinham o que um espera do outro, é importante que o acompanhante saiba os desejos da mulher sobre os cuidados físicos, a hora certa de fazer massagens, onde fazer as massagens, saber quais são os desconfortos dessa mulher ajudará o acompanhante a agir de forma assertiva.

Sobre os cuidados emocionais é importante que o acompanhante saiba os medos e ansiedades dessa mulher, entenda os protocolos e intervenções realizados em algumas situações para poder passar segurança à parturiente.

Os cuidados espirituais ficam por conta de um acompanhante que se reconhece naquele ambiente não apenas como um acompanhante, mas como um intercessor do parto, tratando-se do pai do bebê, ele entende seu papel como autoridade espiritual sobre a vida de sua esposa e seu bebê.

É importante também que o acompanhante saiba o que a parturiente espera da equipe que está prestando atendimento, conheça o plano de parto da mesma e faça valer cada um dos seus desejos.

2º BUSQUEM INFORMAÇÃO DE QUALIDADE!

Ter uma equipe particular com doula ou enfermeira obstétrica nem sempre é possível, mas independente de ter equipe ou não é importante que não apenas a gestante, mas que o acompanhante esteja informado, tenha conhecimento das fases de trabalho de  parto, dos protocolos hospitalares, intervenções, plano de parto, métodos não farmacológicos de alívio de dor e muitos outros assuntos importantes para a chegada de uma bebê.

Num cenário de parto, todas as decisões são tomadas pela mulher, mas nem sempre ela se encontra em condições de responder ou decidir algo, nesse momento é o acompanhante que decidirá por ela ou ajudará essa mulher a decidir, fazer isso sem informação pode trazer grandes prejuízos para a mãe ou para o bebê.

Com conhecimento as decisões serão tomadas conscientemente.

3º CONSAGRE A DEUS O PARTO E O NASCIMENTO!

O acompanhante não deve ir para o parto achando que ele é o salvador do parto ou daquela mulher, é preciso reconhecer o senhorio de Deus naquele ambiente, reconhecer que o convidado principal do parto é o Criador e Doador da vida.

Entender que não é sobre a via de parto, sobre ter equipe ou não, sobre ter conhecimento ou não, mas é sobre a chegada de um ser eterno, criado por um propósito.

O acompanhante bem preparado, prepara seu físico, suas emoções e sua espiritualidade para o parto.

Intercede pela mulher, pelo bebê, pela equipe e reconhece a ação do Espírito Santo como convidado de honra do parto sabendo que é Ele quem fortalece, encoraja e cuida da mulher, do bebê e de cada fase do parto até o nascimento.

Ser acompanhante de parto vai muito além da presença física, é preciso estar de corpo, alma e espírito em cada momento da chegada do bebê, é preciso ter paciência e entrega.
